GLOCK FIRING PIN CHANEL LINER
All Glock "Safe Action Pistols" will fit with the Glock Firing Pin Channel Liner, although it might not work with your Glock 42 or Glock 43. The Glock channel liner makes sure that the firing pin and the slide body don't come into touch with one another. When Should a Glock Firing Pin Channel Liner Be Replaced? whenever considerable wear is seen through visual inspection. There has been too much heat exposure to the slide. The slide has undergone a Ceracoat or reblueing treatment. The channel liner needs to be replaced when it is removed since it could get damaged during removal.
Glock Firing Pin Safety
Description
The Glock Firing Pin Safety mechanically blocks the firing pin from moving forward in the ready to fire position.
How the Glock Firing Pin Safety works.
Depressing or pulling the trigger results in the trigger bar pushing the firing pin safety up. Consequently, this results in freeing the firing pin channel. Once the firing pin channel is free the firing pin can strike the cartridge. If the user decides not to fire and release the trigger, the Glock firing pin safety automatically re-engages.
